Scheduled an appointment with a district school board member to assess the kids' school level

Walked into a Sasktel Store and applied for a home phone and high-speed Internet service

Walked into the HSBC bank and applied for -- and got -- my first Canadian checking account.

Did a bit of shopping at the Dollarama

Walked for a kilometer in -21C weather and bitingly cold winds going home

 

Got a confirmation from ABS-CBN that they are delivering the equipment to tune into TFC on Friday.
