So nice of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada agency to provide online tools such as a residence calculator. When you use this tool, you get to find out the earliest date that you may apply for Canadian citizenship.

Mine shows that I will be eligible (as long as I meet minimum physical presence requirement) by February 14, 2016.

That is 1,081 days from now.
